We took our 4 month old puppy for vaccinations. He had an accident in reception but staff were really accommodating and made a fuss of him. I needed a letter from the vet for some paperwork and all done in a very friendly and professional way. We have used Ayres for 20 years now. Top class.

Sadly had my 13 year old Labrador put to sleep on Sunday at Ayres. I was given all options but sadly only one outcome. Very respectful and caring treatment given by receptionist and Vet. Thank you to all staff for the caring and professional treatment you have given my dogs over many years.

Everything about our visit to your practice with our cat, for an examination, was excellent. You gave us a clearly professional service - facilities, examination, discussion of options and environment for our pet were all so thoughtful. Thank you
