I have been taking my dogs to Ashfield House for 30 years. We have had full on emergencies as well as routine appointments and throughout they have always been professional, caring and communicative. The on-site hospital is a very important factor in my loyalty to this practice.

My cat isn't registered here but when she had a severe eye injury on Saturday morning and my own vets was unable to staff the surgery they agreed to help. Within an hour she was admitted for emergency surgery and treatmented within a few hours. I got regular updates from the staff before and after the surgery. Esme was made comfortable, very well looked after and is now home recovering. All the staffing are really friendly and helpful.

Ashfield are brilliant vets. On my last visit tho they kept me waiting half an hour. I checked in as usual but after people arriving after me were seen - i went to the desk and they realised they had deleted my appointment. No problem - i wud be seen next- except i wasnt!. After half an hour and me expressing my annoyance i was finally seen. I received a lot of apologies- but someone needs a little retraining on the computer. My cat was very stressed and so was i. Other than that they are brilliant

We have been using these vets for many years. They have always been helpful and compassionate during our visits. Through happy times and sad. Just posting this in memory of our beautiful girl Lilly, who we sadly had to say goodbye to. So young, 6/5/21 - 19/2/23. We were given as much time as needed with her, and they sorted all the arrangements after. Thank you so much to all the staff involved ❤️
