  They are not listening at all when you talk with them, the main concern is the money. I was at emergency with my cat and until I paid £800 they didn't want to give her not even a bit of water. I requested the analysis to see what they did and didn't want to give them to me without a £40 appointment, even though I paid £700 already. I received the same type of antibiotic for different type of health issues even when I told them that my cat is not reacting well at all, on it, so must be changed. Keep the distance, is a cashing machine for pets!!!!!!

  Every single time I had an appointment in this clinic , there was always a problem or an emergency that delayed my appointment, but I've understood them every single time even if that meant to wait in a lobby for 30 mins . Today I had an appointment and I got late by 7 minutes because of the traffic thought they might consider still helping us considering how many times we've understood them in the past , but it was not the case obviously , we've been offered with the alternative to come back after 2 hrs (considering I did 1 hr and 30 mins to get there, coming back after 2 hrs for something that would literally take them 5 mins to do , was a joke) or 3rd alternative was to be rescheduled for Monday morning 2 days later (our appointment was related to chipping a pregnant cat and get some advices on what is best to do for the cat and kittens) . 0 for communication 0 for empathy 0 for skillset My only regret is that we didn't left them already. Some other time we asked for a specific vet as he's the only one able to draw blood from our cat for blood tests , we've been booked to someone else who obviously couldn't draw blood so after they drugged my cat, we've been told we had to come pick it up and come some other time to get the blood tested because she was un restless, 6 nurses holding 1 cat , long story short if you expect a warm welcome and professional staff don't come here. They are useless

  The standard of care from most of the vets is really good, and the staff are professional and friendly. However, I have had two incidents recently involving excessive fees for my dogs. On the last occasion, the vet quoted me a fee of no more than £1800 for a procedure that involved three X-rays and an overnight stay. My dog required only one X-ray and no overnight stay, yet I received a vague invoice for £1800. I wrote to the practice as advised by the receptionist, but never received a reply, and the money was claimed from my insurer.

  Absolutely shocking service, not from the receptionists as not their fault. But dropped my hob off to be vasectomised yesterday, dropped off at 9:30 heard nothing by 2 so rang up, said he was awake but just tired. Got a phone call a hour later to say he had just dropped dead. Which still is whatever, it happens sometimes. I had already paid the £100 bill in full in advance before dropping him off. I then received a phone call before picking him up to be told I now owe them a extra £42 because they had done a revival attempt on him for 15 mins, and that they was doing me a favour because that’s 50% off it’s actually meant to be £84. To say I was gob smacked is something else, I had never consented for him to have resus and was never asked about this before hand. So they attempted to revive my ferret for 15 mins, (which I thinks a lie, who the hell trys to receive a small furry for 15 bloody mins, after 2 it ain’t coming back) But they did this off there own back, without my informed consent and have the cheek to try charge me. I have refused to pay the remaining £42 bill, they have already had £100 from me and I haven’t even got my animal at home. I will be contacting RCVS after I have received all the documents I have requested from them via email, which they still haven’t answered 24 hours later or seem to even have acknowledged. Greedy money grabbing vets, Take your animals elsewhere. I usually use pet repair vets but only had £100 so thought I’d use these instead. What a regret. I’m now £100 down and don’t have my animal and will shortly be receiving bills through the post for something that was done without my informed consent.
