Read on Google →YourVets Nuneaton. Always such gentle and loving people with all our pets. Recently we had to say our final goodbye to our cat Ginger. He had been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism a few years earlier and had proceedures there too where he was treated like an old friend and loved going to the vets. When his time came, they all stayed later. Gave us all the advice and time to make our decision. Made him happy and comfortable eating his snacks as he went to sleep. Such a gentle and peaceful time. We were given space and support throughout this time and even wrapped him in a soft blanket. I wish I could remember the ladies name as she was so good with him and us.
Read on Google →We were able to be seen within 12 hour's, of finding an issue with one of our cats. The staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The vet we saw, had to deal with our grumpy cat, who doesn't care for vets. But she came to relax and let him help her. We are so pleased to have them, knowing they are there for our animals. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Read on Google →Truly excellent service from YourVets Nuneaton! My husky recently had to have surgery, I was so worried but quickly realised that he was in safe hands! The reception and nurse team are absolutely fabulous, always trying to help and keep your animals calm and happy, can't fault them! And ofcourse the veterinarian surgeon's themselves deserve a special mention too... obviously! Thank you!!
Read on Google →I've lived my entire life with dogs, and unfortunately two weeks ago I had to say goodbye to my best friend, an experience I've never actually participated before but this time was my time. Amid all of the hurt myself and my family were going through leading up to this moment, I can only say good things about the staff at Your Vets Nuneaton...throughout the entire process they gave us an incredible amount of respect and love, having never done this before myself, I expected to be rushed and have no control, but it was the complete opposite....we were given all the time we wanted, and the care and respect they gave to Bobby was beautiful, albeit bittersweet. Saying goodbye to him was one of the hardest things I've ever done, and I must thank the staff for making his beautiful life come to an end peacefully and pain free. It'll never get easier this process, and my heart weeps for the staff that have to do what they do in these moments, as difficult as it was for myself and my family, I can only imagine the discomfort staff must feel doing it too. You have my gratitude, my love, and my thanks Your Vets.
