The receptionists are lovely and friendly, but I can only say the same for a few of the vets/nurses. Some of the veterinary staff treat my dog as if she's vicious and dangerous and insist she needs to be muzzled, which always makes her MORE reactive and scared. She is all bark no bite to strangers and trying to shove a muzzle on her face terrifies her, no matter how much we try to train her to like it. If you have a "scary" breed and/or an animal that reacts defensively to strangers, I don't recommend taking them here. My dog is absolutely terrified to go into any of the consultation rooms because of how she's been treated here.

Brought my dog in for his first vaccines and was very impressed with the service. Lorraine on reception was incredibly friendly and warming and made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in. Would highly recommend based on this alone.

  • Took care of my cat when it was necessary. Staff are amazing and waiting times are next to nothing. Affordable services and a great range of treatments and procedures for a wide variety of animals. Has it's own car park at the rear and a few emergency spots at the front. As far as vets go, these guys have really made a great effort.
