For registered clients, they provide free 24/7 video vet access through VidiVet for out-of-hours advice, with immediate contact recommended for very unwell or injured pets.

  First visit for vaccinations and health check for my cat. Recently moved to the area, did a lot of research and loved that this place is family owned and got fab reviews so I will add to them! Mel on reception was very welcoming and friendly, and the vet, Phil, was lovely with my cat. 6 month check up with the nurse as standard is a lovely touch. Support these guys…..there’s not many practices left like it!

  Our cats, Jem and Lucy, are notoriously scared of Vets BUT were listened to and treated with gentle kindness for their routine check up and vaccinations. Thank you! You made the whole process so easy that the cats have forgiven me within the hour (normally I get ignored for a day afterwards).

  Having just moved to the area I was hoping to find a local, friendly and independent vets so was really happy to find Your Family Vets! I’d booked for the wrong day and they managed fit my cat in! He’s a nervous patient and they were very good at keeping him calm, gave excellent advice explained well and different treatments options that suit us. The Wellness Plan is also excellent value for money! It was also very clean, today and welcoming! Thank you ☺️

  This is such a welcoming place for animals and their humans. All the staff take the time to greet us and make us feel at ease. Our dogs are all happy to go in and the treatment they’ve had is first class, especially when we lost our eldest dog earlier this year.

  Philip and the team are truly great. They've looked after Taffeta (kitten Ragdoll) since even before I'd collected her, giving advice and making sure we were set up together as new kitten and new cat mum. She's just been spayed and they made me feel so comfortable leaving her in their care. They arranged a follow up call the next day and 2 further appointments to make sure she's healing well. Both professional and warm, I highly recommend them to care for anyone's furry family member. Thanks team!
