  After being recommended by a friend, I decided to change vets and it was the best decision for my two dogs. Laura and every staff member were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very caring . They both had teeth extracted, cleaned and polished under anaesthetic and I was called throughout the procedure and updated with pictures. The after care from everyone was excellent . I didn't know a veterinary clinic could be this helpful and I'm so happy I made the change.

  This practice is brilliant and truly deserving of all its existing five-star reviews (which helped us decide to take our dog here). Our senior dog has quite a lengthy medical history, and we have now seen two vets who have both been absolutely fantastic. Each clearly took the time to thoroughly understand her background before our visits, which made discussions about her care feel very easy and reassuring. The reception team is also great. We would highly recommend this practice.

  Highly recommend Claro Hill Vets in Pannal, Harrogate. From dealing with an urgent appointment to routine checks, operations and vaccinations, Laura and her dedicated team are brilliant. There is a car park right outside and the newly-built premises house the latest technology in a large, airy building. Lovely reception staff and a team of vets ensure you can always get an appointment when you need one. Their website is brilliant and offers all sorts of advice on various conditions relating to your pet. There is also a blog and social media with lots of useful information. Thank you for caring for our animals. So reassuring and professional.

  Our cockapoo Baxter needed a CT scan and our local vet didn’t have the equipment so Claro Hill kindly stepped in. From the moment we arrived, we were well looked after. Warmly welcomed, everything was clearly explained and all our questions answered. During the day we received a progress call and a photo of Baxter which really gave me piece of mind. We even received a follow up call the day after and a lovely email. We are not even a customer. If we lived closer then we definitely would be.
