Having had an upsetting experience with my last dog this time round I have been nervous I must admit. However From secretary to vet service has been reassuring, Comforting and kind. I will not be trusting my dog in the hands of any other veterinary in the country. Honesty and understanding from both sides is extremely important and I feel my lil puppy Milo will have a healthy and long happy life being looked after by the woodland vets.

Very kind staff in all three animal surgeries. No problems getting in to see the vets. They always explain everything to you to understand what the animal is experiencing.

Friendly reception and clean waiting room with separate Cats and Dogs areas. Vet is very knowledgable and chatty. Prices are fairly good compared with other local Vets and they have a PetPlan to get discounted treatments and checkups. A good family vet for your pets. Currently require masks be worn.

Good covid restrictions in place. Staff are so caring and friendly, which is greatly appreciated when your pet isn't well. They gave me some great advice and offered support if I couldn't get hold of a product that was suggested. All in all they went above and beyond.

Very friendly team - our little cat "Schmaggins" almost seems to enjoy visiting - tasty cat treats help I have no doubt. The Haslemere location is where the old fire station used to be located. Schmaggins approves this message btw and in as much as a cat can gives the vet a thumbs up.
