Big shoutout to the brilliant Jade and Crofts. My tabby cat had been overgrooming for months. He had been to see other vets who all just diagnosed stress and prescribed pain relieving medication like Gabapentin and Prednicare, but after just one brilliant consult, Jade, Lead Vet at Crofts, diagnosed him with lower back pain which accounted for the overgrooming and pulling out fur from the top of his back. Very grateful to Jade and to Crofts for the diagnosis and treatment.

I really hope to see the Vet as little as possible. In this instance Zeus was seen promptly by Hanah and her expertise was ace. Thank you Hanah; also thank you for the follow up call, very kind and much appreciated. 🐾🐾

Today we had our 2 year old rescue terrier put to sleep as unfortunately despite bringing in multiple behaviourists and doing as much as we could to rehabilitate him. Sadly the trauma he had been through became too much to the point where he became vicious and he was dangerous to be around. We all loved this dog so much and we were incredibly sad to have no choice but to put him to sleep. The staff at crofts were very supportive throughout the entire process and actually stayed an hour and a half past closing time to allow us to have a proper goodbye and they're not only compassionate and friendly but also very reasonably priced. We will be using them for all of our animals from now on.

The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming. The vets always have the pets best interests at heart, treating them like their own. They are always happy to discuss different treatments and not direct you to the most expensive, like I have had at previous vets.

Contacted Crofts after another poor experience for me and my dog at Amery Vets. They registered my dog there and then, saw him the next day. The experience was exceptional in every way, from start to finish. Should have moved to Crofts earlier !! He did not even have to wear his muzzle, he was so much more relaxed. Met the whole team and he was treated like the customer/ patient. Dont hesitate to make the move.
