The rudest receptionist I have ever met. The receptionist with short grey hair and glasses acts like she owns the practice. She all but calls you a liar and is unwilling to listen. The pet plan they offer is a scam and really should be investigated. No wonder the waiting room is always empty.

Lorcan has seen my dogs multiple times and is fantastic with them. He puts a lot of time and effort into their care, and is always happy to answer the many questions I have. I always feel reassured after appointments. A 5-star vet. All the staff at White House Vets are great and very welcoming.
