Never had worse experience when my dog Milo died last year He was hit by car sadly died When I brought him out to vet after accident they were so so rude , no compassion what so ever just interested in money for his ashes .. When I went to pick up Milo’s ashes up Having to ring daily to check he was ready cause they didn’t even bother to call me !!! The owner Barbra was on desk along with 5 staff standing around !! Not once did she lift head and say anything not even sorry for ur loss none did . she’s so unprofessional Down right ignorant!! Knowing how much he meant to me after rescuing him in 2018 ! They were happy tho when I previous spent over £300 for Milo’s teeth out few weeks earlier And I even got a card for getting teeth out !! Never again would I use this vet nor recommend it !! Moved vets for my younger cocker spaniel

Fabulous vets. We have 4 Dachshunds whom we occasionally breed and Barbara and the rest of the team are just brilliant every time we call. The girls are so friendly and welcoming and Barbara and the other vets are so knowledgeable. Additionally, (and crucially, IMO) they don't try to upsell or prescribe for the sheer sake of it. They are brilliant with all our dogs and puppies and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

One of my wee guinea pigs was suffering badly with lice, we had been taking her to another vets about 3 seperate times for invermectin dosages but she just wasn't improving at all, still covered in self inflicted cuts from itching and massive hair loss. One night we went to feed the herd and noticed she was completely bloody on her chest so rushed her to emergency vet. Barbara was so, so helpful and kind, dealing with my worried ramblings and answering all my questions. Leia is back to her usual bright and cheerful self all thanks to Barbara and her wonderful team. Could not recommend enough!
