Absolute VILE & ROTTEN to the core people who run this clinic! I had to put in a complaint as the older receptionist Bernie “tried” to intimidate me by telling me to go into the consultation room then proceeded to verbally go at me for ZERO REASON other than she couldn’t accept the blame for not putting my number in the system…(imagine that was a male receptionist trying to intimidate a female client…jail) Yet instead of an apology they decide to milk every penny they could including talking my dog for an ultrasound then neglected him all day in the vets by not giving him his medication which made him very sick again. I have taken to the IVC with this as this inhumane place waited til they took as much money as possible then discharged my dogs to find a new vet whilst he’s still very sick, even when I rang to say there are no vets that would take him mid treatment and he can die if not treated ….the practice manager Katie just said “not our problem”. Vile woman If you want a vets that only care about profit and zero about animals then this is the place for you. Anyone else, go to an independent vets as anything corporate just want money

Had to take Milo on Saturday morning as he wasn't well. The staff are so friendly and nothing was a bother to them. The vet (sorry can't remember her name ) was so good with Milo a gave him a thorough examination and explained what was wrong with him. Have been coming to Roe Valley for the pass 6 years and love the care they take with my cats.
