  I've been bringing my dog to White Lodge Vet Clinic for almost 10 years, ever since I got her as a puppy. I have always been very happy with the care and service we receive. The whole team is kind, professional, and always treats both pets and their owners with genuine empathy and compassion. Booking an appointment is always quick and easy, and they do their best to offer a time that suits me. Every visit is well organised, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.   Well we're do I start, used Paul for many years and has always been brilliant. Took our dog in to him today and sadly had to be put to sleep, he was as usual so good, caring and compassionate and this is what makes this vets so good.   We had what we thought was an urgent incident with our dog on Saturday morning. Within an hour we had an appointment where we were looked after in a very professional and friendly manner, and our minds put at rest... Thank you to all the staff involved.   The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Sadly we had to have our last dog PTS here last June. The service we received then was second to none and I should have really left a review then. As most will understand, my head wasn't quite in the right place at the time. Our new hooligan saw us visit again last week after she somehow managed to find and eat some cannabis. Once again, first class service. I wouldn't hesitate in taking any of my pets here or recommending the practice to others.

  Highly recommended. We managed to get an emergency appointment when one of our dogs took ill on holiday. White Lodge were fabulous from start to finish. Extremely professional, thorough and compassionate. Costs were very reasonable too.
