This review applies equally to both the Williton and Minehead practices. I have used White Lodge for almost 20 years, and have always been delighted with the service. The vets are supremely knowledgeable, compassionate and caring, offering a range of options wherever possible. All the nurses, receptionists and practice staff are friendly, caring and go out of their way to help. Everyone there understands that you know your pet best and always takes your concerns seriously. Whether it's routine injections, retrieving toys from your pet's stomach, diagnosing complex or unusual issues, serious procedures or the dreaded day when you have to say goodbye to your beloved companion, you always receive outstanding support and kindness. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was extremly disappointed with the level of disrespect i recieved by rescuing small animals, they put down every animal i owned for profit when there was hope for treatment and didnt even say sorry for your loss. I owed 35 and was paying next appointment, my hamsters eye prolapsed and i needed urgent care and lady on phone said 'you owe 35 if u give money we will treat him otherwise u ruined it for yourself' . I said its 35 id pay when there how day you disrepesct me on the phone like that animals come first!! Never go there evil people.

Really helpful and fitted us in quickly when we were worried about our elderly cat. Good advice and not pushing for unwanted services.

Difficult to find as website directed me to the old building, a mile away at the other end of town, but, once found, an impressively pin-neat building. Had been given an appt very quickly, even for routine jabs. Seen on time, vet was thorough as we were new in the area, & offered good advice. Disappointed to find the practice is no longer set up for cash payment, they couldn't give me any change, but said they would keep the £6 in credit on my account. All in all, a good experience.
