  Saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Lola, was one of the hardest moments for our family. The entire team showed such kindness, understanding, and genuine compassion during this incredibly painful time. They treated Lola with dignity and gave us the space and support we needed to say our goodbyes. Although this was an awful process to go through, the staff made it as gentle and comforting as it possibly could be. We are truly grateful for their empathy and care Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

  Our appointment was 30 minutes late with no explanation, so our cats were stressing for well over an hour including the car trip. Also the prices have massively increased by about 25% since last year and the clinician attempted to add more to that amount by recommending an extra vaccination that our cats have never had before in their 13 years. Everyone was very friendly and the clinician was helpful but the prices are getting to the point where we will not be able to afford getting our cats vaccinated any more.

  Lovely, friendly staff. The receptionist are great and helpful as well as the vets who are very knowledgeable in rabbit care- (hard to come by for rabbits) I would highly recommend this vets. When Monty has his injections or checkup or even operation. They always make sure to fully check him over regardless, and inform us of how he is getting on. I can’t fault the vets here and we are glad we signed up.
