  Jo and Beth were both absolutely amazing when checking Elsie’s lump, taking a scan and fine needle aspiration. They were so lovely with Elsie too and put her and me at ease. Brilliant.

  The staff at White cross vets Rounhay are always friendly and do their best to accommodate you even when you turn up late for your appointment because you got the time wrong , as I did. They treat your pet as you would want them to and offer advise when needed. I have been taking my dog there for nearly 13 years and have never had a problem. I would happily recommend this vets.

  We have been coming to White Cross Vets (Roundhay) for the last 10 years after having a previous bad experience elsewhere. I find the staff to be welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They were great when my cat passed away with us and very supportive. The vets itself are always clean and tidy and any accidents caused by distressed animals are quickly cleared and reassurance given to owners who can also find seeing our pets in distress also distressing. I cannot praise the staff enough for their ongoing support and care and we will continue to highly recommend them to anybody looking for veterinary care.

  Jo is outstanding. She explains everything clearly and takes her time with you. It is obvious how invested she is in her work and really cares for animals. Couldn't be more thankful for how she has looked after our pet. On top of that, the reception staff are always welcoming and extremely helpful. We have had an excellent experience at White Cross overall.

  As a relatively new pet owner, I have called the vets a couple of times about my cat and always got great advice over the phone, which has allowed me to monitor at home instead of coming in in a panic. I never feel rushed either - staff are willing to chat and discuss things properly and I really appreciate that. Yesterday I took the cat in for routine vaccinations and Jo the vet was great with her. I would definitely recommend this practice.
