  Took our rescue frankie for the first time today as I was really worried about 1 of his eyes. From the moment I phoned to book his appointment to his actual appointment everyone was fantastic and so lovely and caring. The vet was lovely and gave frankie lots of cuddles. I highly recommended this vets.

  Only had 1 experience so far but what an experience. All the staff are super friendly and patient with you, all are more than happy to answer any questions and alleviate any worries. The nurses treat our kitten so well and were very gentle with her, she seemed really reassured and wasn't panicky. The surgery was more than affordable too. West Mount will now be our regular vets.

  Never had a bad experience here, with any of my 4 cats. Such welcoming and polite staff. Who even respond well to my human children 😂

  A very caring, straight talking and professional practice ❤️ Have sorted my little fur babies out many a time and always will put their needs first, though will listen to my opinions and thoughts before carrying out any treatment. I highly value and recommend them to anyone 🙂

  I have been with these vets for over 20 years now. They are friendly, professional and reasonable. They have been so lovely today, taking the teeth out of my collie. They explained everything that needed doing. Gave me full choice and freedom to choose. I found them so understanding - not only of the dogs but also my nerves. When I had to say goodbye to my 17 year old collie 5 years ago they were absolutely amazing. Kind and honouring of my dog and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Thank you for all your hard work.
