  We had an incident with one of our dogs that we had to sort very quickly. This vet was very professional and compassionate. It needed an operation and they were brilliant. Their communication is great also and they were very understanding to all our needs. Our dog Cora is recovering wonderfully thanks to this vet's intervention. All of the staff are very helpful and polite and we cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend this vet to all. Big thank you from us to all of them.

  Sadly my Springer Spaniel “Charlie” was diagnosed as having cancer a few weeks ago gradually his condition worsened and this morning we made the decision to have him put to sleep. It became obvious that he was finding life more difficult his quality of life was non existent sleeping , finding it more difficult to get himself into a standing position. Before we took him to the vet he was visibly shaking and his tail was between his legs. This was heartbreaking for my wife and myself as we love Charlie very much. Our appointment was with “ EVELINA “ on arrival we were met by her and led into a separate room where she examined Charlie, and talked us through the procedure reassuring us that we had made the right decision, as he had developed a large tumour in his throat. When the time came I lay on the floor with Charlie who was on a blanket , his head was cradled in my arm as the injection was administered he fell asleep in my arms , my wife and I shed our tears and left after a while. I can’t thank EVELINA enough for her kindness and understanding during such a difficult time , but the whole process was made easier with her support. So if you ever find yourself in the position we had with Our Charlie I could not recommend this lady high enough to be with your pet in the last moments of their life.
