To all the brilliant 'Team Hamstone' - Happy Valentines from Piper (the Hooligan!) and Callie 🥰.., you really are the best. When Callie was a bit poorly earlier this week and I was on the phone feeling so worried, Vicky was incredibly reassuring. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and immediately put a clear and proactive plan in place. Her calm, knowledgeable approach made such a difference at a stressful time. Saw Vet Emily later the same day - she was so thorough and again very reassuring. We never feel rushed or under pressure at appointments and we're so grateful for the dedication, care and professionalism shown by all of you always...🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 🐾 🐾 🐾 PS. Callie is back to her best nutty self now! 🥳 X

The best experience we’ve had to date for a vet practice. We are a new client but we’re made to feel like a regular from the get go. The staff on reception are wonderful and so welcoming especially as our rescue Vizsla is very nervous. The surgeon was superb from the start of the procedure to the after care, we cannot fault it. So much so we will be moving our other Viz there too. What a great team!

Crewkerne is very lucky to have such amazing vets! Iv had all sorts of animals and used many vets (small animal, equine and farm vets) over the years but I can honestly say Hamstone vets are the best vets by far that I have ever used! Amazing reception team who are very friendly and helpful, and all the vets/nurses are so easy to talk to and explain everything really well. They call back when they say they will and keep you updated. Emily & Ellie are also so natural at making you feel at ease with difficult decisions/situations and provide all the support you need! 10/10 professional service!
