Lovely Vets, nursing & admin staff Have used these vets for decades. Very kind with our pets. Always put you at your ease. Calming reception area. Safe zone for cats. I have never had any rudeness from the staff. Always listen. Compassionate when required. Cannot fault them Just a pricey expense as we all know it will be. Thank you each and every one of you

The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful and care and love the pets they see. Some of the Vets not so much, theres one particular female vet who replace are previous vet and she didn't listen or respect anything we told her about are dogs issues. We eventually moved away and have been shocked at the costs we were paying compared to are new vets. After a bit of research we discovered that despite being and looking like the independent vets we had used for years they are now owned by a giant corporate company only interested in making money. The first appointment at the new vets was a third of what we paid at Kingfishers. Do some research and you will find this practice is linked to the big companies that have been reported on by the likes of BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

Always helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make both the animal & owner feel at ease when visiting the clinic. From start to finish always professional and easy to deal with.

We visited Kingfisher with our two cats immediately after having had a very bad customer experience with another local vetinary practice. The contrast couldn't have been greater. We were immediately made welcome, our cats were registered and a vet made the time to see both of them while we were there. Full marks for welcome, efficiency, expertise and generally being very good at what they do.

Always polite, helpful and friendly. I’ve always found the vets and staff to be really friendly and supportive, our youngest cat was hit by a car and the staff have been fantastic in their care for him. He had been receiving cuddles from all! He’s in the road to recovery, with all my gratitude to kingfishers.
