  Very disappointing experience. The practice failed to carry out the procedure properly and now refuses to accept any responsibility. We were present during the appointment and witnessed that our cat’s microchip was not scanned before the rabies vaccination was administered. Despite this, the practice insists that everything was done correctly and relies on assumptions rather than facts. As a direct result of this oversight, we lost a significant amount of money, experienced delays, and faced unnecessary stress when arranging our pet’s travel documentation. The most concerning part is not the mistake itself, but the refusal to acknowledge it. A complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I would not recommend this practice, especially for pet travel requirements.

  Seen a young gentleman who was gentle with our chicken,very knowledgeable,were given medication and our chicken is a lot better now. Nice lady on reception,got the appointment quickly as chicken was very poorly.

  I recently took my cat in for neutering and had a really positive experience. The clinic was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The team was highly professional and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. They were very accommodating with appointments and kept everything running efficiently, which I really appreciated. My cat was well cared for throughout, and I felt confident he was in safe hands. They also offer an excellent pet plan, which gives great peace of mind for ongoing care. Overall, a fantastic service—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other pet owners.
