Disgraceful Brought in a stray offered to pay for flee and worms treatment repeatedly said I am not willing to pay for consultation and don’t want the cat to be registered to me but was charged £76 which included £56 consultation fee which took less than 10 min and was done without my own cat appointment time which was already paid for. All for profit dont care about pets. Mind that’s a male receptionist the lady that worked there long time is very nice and caring and always happy to help and advise

We took our dog Hunny here due to her catching her nail and causing it to bend the complete other way and was bleeding, we had an emergency appointment due to her being in a lot of pain with it and not wanting to leave her waiting. The vet we saw was very rude, not very nice to Hunny, very hostile and just pure nasty, no love and care or compassion for Hunny at all. My Hunny is blind she has both eyes removed so she can not see and needs that comfort off people before touching her else she becomes very distressed due to not being able to see what is happening, the vet was not bothered about this and was grabbing her paws in a very bad manor, she started clipping her other nails which was causing Hunny to become even more distressed instead of sorting the nail out that was bent and bleeding, causing her to snip another nail causing that to also bleed and then blaming my hunny for jumping around , hunny was crying and squirming and was in distress and the vet was not bothered by this at all , she seemed to be rushing instead of taking proper care and then told us she needs to come back tomorrow for sedation. Hunny was calm and was not distressed until entering that room. The vet was not going to even bandage my dogs paw up even tho her nail was basically falling off until we asked her to and then started making comments that my dog is acting like she has broken her foot. MY DOG IS BLIND , she hasn’t a clue what you are trying to do to her. I am mortified at the treatment and don’t see how anybody especially a vet could treat her or any animal in such a cruel manor.

This practice deserves all the praise in the world Iv been with this vets for over 4 years, Florin Sam and ioana are amazing vets, I don’t live local but will still travel over and will never change vets. My gs is reactive at the vets but everyone at the practice is understanding and ioana is so confident with her. Can’t praise them enough

Very unhappy with my vets ,I bring girl for help because she had placenta left inside, vets done x-ray and give antibiotics, said no point do anything , she will be fine , I come back second day , my dog still not better , done bloods , of instead do surgery , paid £900 without ant help for dog , and end up next day in emergency vets , cost me £2500. Sooo wrong , never going back there with my dogs , never trust them.
