  A very special thank you to Jack for all of his help. I was buying a horse whom he had experience with and Walnut Hill we’re going to vet for me and he called me ahead of the vetting to disclose her medical history of which the seller had not disclosed to me. If it wasn’t for his honesty, I don’t know what would’ve happened if I had brought her home. Thank you again Jack

  I do wonder how this company can genuinely care for a horse when they cannot demonstrate the minimum levels of respect, professionalism, and intellect by blocking not one by two driveways/garages for several hours. It was very inconvenient coming back from weekly shopping and not be able to unload the car. It could have easily resulted in an incident due to the traffic flow at the time. But what if someone has to deal with an emergency and not being able to drive off their car? Please show a minimum level of consideration to your fellow humans!

  Very poor communication. Took over 2 years of no communication for me to find out they did not let my claim go through insurance and decided to chase me whilst I made them aware I was not mentally well, and expected me to be able to pay without knowing payment details. Will not be using ever again.

  The team aren't just vets, they've become friends. They treat your retired pet as well as their competitive clients. Always been understanding, kind and careful to explain things in a calm manner. I recently suffered the loss of my beloved 35 yr old ex racer and Bridget dealt with the whole experience with care and respect as if it were her own which made such an upsetting experience so much easier. Highly recommended, the best vets I've had and always will be.
