We visit Vets for Pets every month with my Maltipoo, Pickles, and Kirsty is absolutely amazing. Over the months, I’ve built a lovely relationship with Kirsty, Pickles also gets so excited every time she sees her, which says everything about how kind, gentle and caring she is. It’s so reassuring to know that my dog is genuinely happy to see her and completely trusts her. As a dog owner, it’s easy to worry about every little thing, whether Pickles isn’t eating as usual or has an upset tummy. I always seem to arrive with a list of questions, and nothing is ever too much trouble for Kirsty. She never makes me feel like I’m asking silly questions, always takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and reassures me when I’m stressing. Kirsty genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and it really shows. Every visit is a positive experience thanks to her kindness, professionalism and compassion. I can’t thank her enough for everything she does for my little Pickles. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pet. 💕🐶

I can’t thank the whole team enough for the amazing care they gave Darcy. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, patient and reassuring. I know I was probably a bit of a neurotic dog mum, but they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. They kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls, let me see Darcy when I was worried, and made the decision to keep her in until her wee’s had improved rather than rushing her home. That gave me so much confidence that they were putting her wellbeing first. Throughout the whole experience, I never once felt that Darcy was at risk or wasn’t receiving the very best care. She was treated with genuine compassion, and I was supported just as much as she was. Thank you all so much for looking after my precious girl. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares.

Chloe and Rachel were absolutely amazing whilst looking after our cat Leela during and after she had major abdominal surgery at Vets for Pets Northampton last week. I’m so grateful she was cared for by people who treated her as if she was part of their own family, as well as putting us fur parents at ease every step of the way, even sending us a video of her progress during her ‘sleepover’ at the vets. Sending a HUGE hug of appreciation and thank you all from the bottom of our hearts - I’m so glad to know we’ve got loving and competent vets, nurses and receptionists just down the road!

I highly recommend Vets4Pets St James. I bring my puppy, Remy, for monthly visits with Nurse Lauren and she is consistently kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She is patient and thorough, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and she always offers helpful advice, which I really appreciate as a puppy owner. The team provides a high standard of care overall, and the reception staff are always polite and helpful, making each visit straightforward and pleasant.
