  After using them for years, i have now changed vets. Last year i registered my rabbits elsewhere as they obviously were clueless about thus species. I took my rabbit to them several times,was told they could find nothing wrong. I then used a rabbit-savvy vet, who found several things wrong with him. I have now registered my dog & cat elsewhere. Communucation & advice is poor. My dog was recently diagnosed with IBD. I was given no clear information about how long he should stay on steroids for, how to reduce etc. I also phoned to ask for guidance on what to feed him as i was struggling with him. I was told a vet would call me, 3 days later i still heard nothing. There have been several other issues that lead me to feel my pets are not in good hands. The kings lynn practice has the most bizarre vibe. The decor is like the innards of a robot, apparently its meant to be the titanic (a sinking ship). Not the friendliest feel. Crimplesham is nicer, but busier. I stayed with them because they are privately owned and have their own out of hours, but this means nothing if they dont give proper care & advice. I give 2 stars because the reception team are lovely, otherwise it would have given 1 star.

  I have to say I’ve never been to this Vets before but I had so many recommendations. The Vet I had Chris was thorough with my Cat and he took time with her. I highly recommend this Vets. Thank you

  Big shout out to vet Katie who was so kind and gentle with our outdoor (hard to catch) hobbling scaredy cat Reg today. She gave him a thorough examination as we struggle to get him to the vets on a regular basis, prescribed meds and gave us options going forward. Much appreciated by myself and Reg 😸

  ❤️❤️❤️ Well Vets 1 Kings Lynn... What can I say?! You are absolutely amazing!! Thank you for such a lovely visit for my puppy's 2nd injection. We were greeted immediately at the door upon entering which was really lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable. You were highly efficient and professional and dealt with us super quickly. The waiting area was immaculate. We were seen by the vet Zoe very very quickly and she was really kind, friendly and caring towards our puppy. She made an effort to interact with him and explained everything that she was doing and answered all our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all and the whole experience felt so easy. After the appointment was finished we made another appt to come back for weighing again in two weeks for worming etc which was such an easy process!! Payment was super easy too!! Jake on reception did everything he could to answer a question I had. Vets 1 are amazing and I think Bailey is very lucky to have them as his vets!! Thank you for making our visit so pleasurable!! Can't wait to return and see the team's smiley faces again!! Keep up the good work Vets 1 Kings Lynn!! You are smashing it!! ❤️❤️❤️
