  Cami attended London Road surgery for a suspected blockage, Elizabeth explained that they did not have the equipment to do an endoscopy, but she contacted two other vets which were able to do the procedure and got an emergency admission to DWR in Newmarket. Elizabeth has dealt with Cami before and I have nothing but praise and thanks for her dedication to treatment of Cami and other animals. I have had no issues over the 30 years we have been patients at both London Road and Hollies. And have no issues highly recommending them. Thanks to reception staff, the nurse that phoned me at the start and of course Elizabeth.

  Doesn't matter which vet you get here they are all exceptional. They clearly love what they do, genuinely love the clients and are very kind to the owners. Reception girls are lovely, whether you go to Downham or kings Lynn. Best vets ever Oscar my cat is happy he normally falls asleep 😂

  Great practice and are always so welcoming and helpful with my Harry. He can be a bit nervous which can be difficult but they are always able to help. His last visit ended up being an on the day appointment as he hurt his teeth, everyone was so kind and got him in surgery that day. He’s recovering really well and we thank the whole team for looking after him .
