      All they care about is MONEY I found a stray kitten days ago took him in until as it was raining and cold however he seemed very unwell he didn’t eat didn’t play didn’t groom him self like cats do. I rang this place to see if they can check him they said find rspca as he’s a stray I rang rspca who advised me the vets have a a duty of care and Code of professional conduct with rcvf and cannot deny treatment. I rang the vets back they said no I have to ring rspca. I’m telling them how unwell this poor baby is instead they’re too concerned about the money. They then say i can bring him in but that means the kitten is now there’s and I don’t get any updates about him don’t get to see him nothing. It felt like a punishment for not giving them money. They said if I want to keep the kitten I have to pay for the treatment I’m a uni student I just found the kitten I had no intention of having pets but my heart broke whne I saw him and decided as it’s a stray I wouldn’t mind keeping him then. However they said I cannot have him if I want the check up for free they will take the kitten which is stupid as why wouldn’t you want a stray kitten to have a safe home to go to?. In the end I did not go to them I went to Oakmount veterinary centre who did the treatment right away gave me updates on the kitten and let me take the kitten home to keep him safe and loved.

      What can you say about this place. The girls here are amazing. From the reception staff to the actual vets. They are all absolutely amazing. I've been with them through the worst time (saying goodbye to my elderly husky) to the best time (welcoming our husky puppy) & all throughout they remain professional & really do care about you but mostly care about your pet. Danny (or auntie Danny as our boy knows her) is truly the embodiment of who vets4pets are. The welcome we get every time is amazing & we really feel valued. Even if you're a panicky parent. They won't look at you like you're an idiot. They're right there with you. Price wise they are more than fair & with the puppy support the ensure you and your pup can just enjoy each other & not worry about what the hell to do. Thank you to everyone at vets4pets, you guys are amazing!!!!

      Avoid!! Been going to Vets4Pets for 7 years until couple days ago I decided to move !! Couple years ago my rabbit had a brain parasite after antibiotics treatment it came back and the vet said the best option for my bunny is to put to sleep as there nothing else they can do for him. Couple of weeks ago I brought my other bunny with an upset tummy, he been given a treatment but been told if the treatment don’t work he will need putting to sleep - he’s perfectly healthy now and has no health issues ! Recently my dog hurt his paw he been given a strong dose of medicine that made him not be himself !! When I took my bunny for her vaccines I been told through the phone it will be £55, got the vaccine done and the reception told me it will be £75 , even thou I told them I haven’t got enough on me and only have £60 they weren’t happy about it and took the £60 off me and told me to pay the outstanding £15 till end off the week even thou I don’t get paid till 30th. If you struggle financially wouldn’t recommend coming here as they will be unhappy with you if you don’t have enough and won’t book further appointments until you pay the outstanding balance.
