Yana the vet and all the team were so caring and compassionate throughout the treatment of my beautiful cat Lucky. Yana kept me informed of what was happening in her operation but very sadly she had lymphoma and we lost her. Thank you to the nurses Olivia, Francesca and Becky who gave her cuddles at the end of her life. I even received follow up telephone calls checking on me too. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Thank you to you all.

Had mostly good experiences with Stanley house, but today, I took my rescue dog for a simple innoculation . The" vet " ,could not deal with large type dogs, sixty odd pounds and then another seventeen pounds and we have to go back. The lady vet was instantly nervous, if you know anything about dogs, they sense your nerves and it makes them worse. Very disappointed. Rip- off vets.

I took my dogs to weigh them. Vicky, the receptionist, was excellent. Welcoming & helpful. I asked for a printout of weights graph. She didn’t hesitate. I highly recommend this practice.

I never thought I would be writing a negative review about a vetinary practice, who are meant to help save and make pets better, but unfortunately this is what I've had to do because I don't want anyone else to have go through this without any knowledge being given by the practice themselves. The thing is what they don't tell you is, if you have been with this practice with your pet from being a baby, if you haven't been to them in like over a year to 18 months, they actually strike you off without telling you. So when an emergency appointment is needed, they tell you to go elsewhere, which tells me, they want your pet to be ill every few months to make money out of you, I mean "WOW REALLY" who does that to actually strike you off cause your pet isn't ill regularly 😢. Just imagine if you've not been to see your Dr for a few years, you go to make an appointment and you've been struck off for not being ill regularly enough. In my eyes you are paying for a service for your pet to be taken care of when they actually need you and you built a trust with your veterinary practice in hopes they will be there for you and your pet when you need them and unfortunately you wasn't, so I have had to book in somewhere else, where he doesn't know the vet. I hope you start letting your customers know well in advance where they stand, as to wether they have a vet to go to or not. I wish you well
