Absolutely excellent visit with the practice nurse Alison, at Oakmount vets today. From the warm welcome at reception and then everything explained clearly to me by the nurse of what/why procedures were to happen. Both customers ( pet and owners wellbeing), felt a priority. I was also impressed that Alison took the time to return Mabel to my car for me as I’m registered disabled and struggle to walk with the pet carrier. An excellent service I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Alison for the service you provided ☺️

Walter has been so well looked after. He's in foster care from Rossendale Responsible Animal Rescue after having to have his tail amputated after getting it stuck and causing severe damage freeing himself. He's now well on the way to recovery and after he's had his vaccinations will be advertised for adoption

Had such a pleasant experience with this vets. As soon as i walked in, was greeted by a lovely group of receptionists who could not have been nicer if they tried even though they were incredibly busy and the phones were going berserk. My dog saw a lovely gentleman I think he goes by the name of Paul (not too sure). He was very reassuring and put my mind at ease when I had to bring my little doggy into see him. Thank you oakmount for being such an amazing team. Highly recommend!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We had an emergency visit at almost closing time when our usual vets would not even give us the time of day. (Vets4pets). The care we received was excellent and would highly recommend. This is now our go to vets for our cats. Positive experience wasn't prescribed unnecessary medication and wasn't charged for an emergency. Really friendly staff and my usually nervous cat was calm and relaxed. ❤️
