Chloe was absolutely wonderful in managing my kitties move to Spain. From phonecalls to in person appointments she helped me from start to finish. It was so stressful having to plan it all with my limited timeline but she did it with ease and made me & the cats feel comfortable throughout. She was kind and caring and supported me in the move without even realising. Thanks alot! Also a big thankyou to George & Lucy who were also a great help, especially with the documents, medication, health checks and were just generally nice, approachable people. Vets4pets accrington have the best team by far who definitely put animals & clients first.

Called in - Was asked if they could call me back in a few moments as they "needed to close an account" - No call received over an hour waiting and now closed. Dog in agony - Joke.

Brought my very poorly cat here to be treated. Unfortunately, she was too ill. The vet and reception staff were extremely compassionate during the whole experience. I'd like to thank them for their understanding and kindness at a very upsetting time.

The reception team are fantastic. Very helpful. Emma the vet, has looked after my old girl of 15 years, since moving back to the uk last year. Emma actually listens, understands and makes you feel like you trust her.
