Just seen the advert for Dental treatment on Valley Vetcare facebook page we have a dog called Ellie that is a patient she had a stroke 2 years a go so dental cleaning was not on our list of things to do. She did have problem teeth that we had to treat with antibiotics however this year we had no choice but to have dental work done because things had got taken out of our hands so after 13 teeth removed 3 weeks later she doing well as she will be 16 years old this month cant thank Vince and all the vets and nurses plus receptionists could not have got through it with out you all.

I was with another vet and I have a large weimarana and they was always very afraid of his size and made it uncomfortable for me and my dog I joined the valley vet this year and have been for his injections and a check up and I must say it was such a pleasure. As soon as we got there they came out and got to know my dog. They had some treats and kept him distracted while another vet did his injections and the check up on him and it was such a calming experience. I am so glad we have joined this vets. They show love and care towards the animals and make us as owner feel at ease. The staff are amazing and I can’t thank them enough

Cannot praise these guys enough. They go above and beyond for you and your fur babies. I have 3 cats registered there on the plan and they take such good care of them. I know they genuinely care about animals and they are not like other vets, who just rush you through appointments. These guys take their time and are really friendly. I have recommended them to friends and family who have now registered their cats there and they have been so impressed too.

I can’t recommend this vet practice highly enough. Ted is often in the vets, and every single member of staff has been nothing short of amazing. Vince, Richard, and Helen have always gone above and beyond for us, and more recently we’ve been seen by Sarah, who is equally fantastic. Nothing is ever too big or too small for them – they always bend over backwards to make sure your pet gets the very best care. The monthly plans are also great value for money, and I wouldn’t choose to take Ted anywhere else. Outstanding team and outstanding care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited the vets yesterday and had a great experience! Sarah, the vet we saw, was fantastic – very professional, helpful, and informative. She was so friendly with both me and my dog, Betsy, and gave us great advice. Sarah made sure Betsy felt comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment. The reception staff were so friendly and made us feel at ease. It was such a positive visit, and I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone!
