Milnrow village vets are unquestionably the best veterinary service I've ever used. It's been life changing for myself and my feisty, highly strung, grumpy sometimes neurotic westie Archie. His visits to the vets use to be a traumatic experience for both of us but thankfully not anymore! Through patience, understanding and time building my dogs trust he's a much happier pooch and visits are now bearable for him and me. I highly recommended this vets for anyone with any animal with a nervous disposition, they're a fabulous team and a Big thank you to Gemma for the way she handles my grumpy old man Archie.

We had our first appointment at Milnrow Village Vets today with our beautiful Cocker Spaniel, Maya, and were seen by Gemma Broome. From the moment we walked in, Gemma was incredibly caring, supportive, and informative. She took the time to really listen and help us get to the bottom of Maya’s current health issue — something that had been fundamentally missing at our previous veterinary centre. The level of attention and genuine care we received today was outstanding, and we honestly couldn’t be happier that we made the move to Milnrow Village Vets. A massive thank you to Gemma and the team. We now feel confident that our pets will be in the very best hands for many years to come. Mark & Kathryn :)

We moved to Milnrow Village Vets with our old Weimaraner Dexter, sadly it was close to the end of his life, in that short time Clare and the team looked after us so well, I really did feel like part of the family during his care , even after he passed they called to help talk me through it all and showed such kindness and support. It meant so much! Fast forward a year we have returned and joined the practice plan with our new boy, personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I trust the team 100% I truly feel they will always act in my boys best interests. Thank you to all the team for creating such and warm and welcoming practice.

Fantastic practice. All of the staff are amazing. Clare,Gemma and the whole team are so caring and compassionate. Clare has looked after many of our dogs over the years more recently at the new practice. Unfortunately Aida had to be put to sleep on the 3/1/2025 due to developing lymphoma at a young age. The bereavement room is beautiful and she was treated with much care and compassion. Thank you to all of you .
