Receptionist has an attitude problem! 👋🏻bye. The receptionist was argumentative and cheeky on the phone when I called, so I phoned Swan vets instead. 👋🏻

Nice staff, acceptable treatment, disappointed by the price of things. Feels like they take advantage of the fact that most people have an insurance and fleece the living-life out of them, which ultimately makes everything dearer for everyone. Pet treatment costs a fraction of a fraction in other countries and is every bit as good - I know by experience. I don't expect they'll change, but feel these things need to be called out.
