The outstanding care continues! Both of my dogs have been with the team for a few months now. One of them is a ‘golden oldie’ at nearly 16. He’s had a few issues recently and Cat and Dave couldn’t have been more helpful. They’re both knowledgable, go above and beyond and show genuine care. The entire team is truly fantastic and I feel very lucky to have found them all. It’s just the most incredible place! If you’re considering moving here-do it. This is without doubt the very best practice I’ve been to.

We recently moved to Dronfield and chose this vets for our cats, and the service has been nothing short of exemplary. Cat, Dave, and the amazing team of nurses have all been absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond to make our cats feel comfortable and cared for. In fact, one of our cats is so visibly relaxed and loves everyone at the vets, which says everything about the calm and reassuring environment they create. They always take the time to explain things thoroughly, and I really appreciate how realistic and honest they are with their advice. It never feels rushed, and you genuinely feel listened to. The care doesn’t stop when you walk out the door, they check in afterwards via WhatsApp or phone call to see how your pets are doing. It really makes a difference. Highly recommended!

Registered and had an appt. straight away with my poorly cat Merlin, Cat the Vet, welcomed me the space was large with a dedicated space for cats which is hugely appreciated also air conditioning which stops the smells of all the animals, and lovely and clean. Cat was so thorough and her communication skills were excellent she was caring and we didn't feel rushed what so ever. Merlin was relaxed and enjoyed a lick i lix yogurt. Sarah who helped take the bloods was super and we really felt part of the family....... Also felt reassured throughout the whole process all I can say is a huge THANK YOU brilliant service , oooh and by the way excellent mug of tea whilst we were waiting for results. Would recommend in a heart beat

I cannot recommend Cat , Dave & the team highly enough. Such a friendly, caring and helpful service from the minute you walk in the door. The reception is a large , calm space, with a seperate seating area for cats & dogs - what a great idea ! My dog Penny has been , for a thorough examination to determine her problem, and plan a course of action. The care doesn't stop when you leave the clinic . A WhatsApp chat enables you to leave updates and receive advice, and I also got a 15 minute care call following one such message. Everyone is so approachable, you really feel that your pet is their priority. I don't know of any other veterinary service that goes the extra mile, like The Vets at Dronfield. ☆☆☆☆☆

Just started to go to this vets after a bad experience with my previous vets . Amos, my 12 yr old dog had to have a few teeth out. Dave and the nurses have been absolutely brilliant with him. He's a very anxious dog but Dave made him feel very relaxed as did the nurse on his follow up appointment. They also kept me updated while Amos waiting to go into surgery and also when in revovery, which was so reassuring. I've also had to take my elderly cat in Harvey .Cat was absolutely lovely with him, he's very timid and scared but she was so good with him. Can't recommend this vets enough so glad I've found them 😊
