  2 years ago I took my dog here with a swollen mouth.The nurse was lovely but the female vet was the worst I have ever known.She didn't even look at my dog,didn't pet her or touch her and just said it's her teeth.This put me off vets completely but I have now moved to another practise and I am much happier.It has taken a while to get over this experience to trust another vet.Dont know the vets name but my partner had taken my 2 Dogs previous and said this same vet was uncatlring and rude pp

  Quick and easy to make appointment. Rang at 8:30am had an appointment at 10-45am for my cat She had been attacked by another cat and damaged her tail .Vet was lovely and caring and she soon settled down with him.

  Very good for getting quick appointments, but otherwise the worst vet practice I have ever experienced. I’ve never seen the same vet twice, and many staff seem unhappy to be there. I booked a nurse check-up in January '26, which is free under the Vac4Life programme, but was told a vet needed to see my cat for a flea prescription — this would have cost almost £200. I declined and was made to wait for a nurse who was extremely unhelpful. In March '26, I saw a vet for annual vaccinations (appointments at 11:00 and 11:15). I was out by 11:12; both cats were jabbed and weighed, and a possible heart murmur was noted — but I received no reassurance, flea prescription offer or information other than a mention of a £500 heart scan. I’ve since found a friendlier independent vet but wanted to continue the Vac4Life programme. There is nothing in the T&Cs preventing me from doing so, but apparently their system disagreed. Once it was clear I wasn’t paying for other procedures, they cancelled my account. This practice, like many corporate-owned vets, seems to care more about profit than the welfare of animals. They have never shown empathy or compassion for my pets and should be ashamed of themselves.

  Amazing vets.. boys have a few emergency of the years. Very welcoming staff and very helpful. Barry the practice owner is always there with a 😃. The boys love a vet visit 😃😃
