Alison from the Vale Veterinarian Group was amazing. From the moment she picked up the phone and took my call, it was clear that she truly cared about pets and their owners. Alison was not only extremely knowledgeable about vaccinations, but her patience and approach to finding answers to my questions was awesome. It’s rare to find a vet practice that combines such genuine compassion with top-tier medical expertise. I’m so grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best for their fur babies.
Read on Google →Couple of weeks ago I took my collie molly for her booster she is the perfect patient and will let the vet/nurse do anything and they are always good with her, 3 days ago I had to take our other collie blue as he injured his paw and nail , blue absolutely hates it he's nervous and anxious he needs to be muzzled aswell he's 5 years old and it's very traumatic for him which then also makes me anxious but the lady vet who saw blue and took her time giving blue the sedation he needed was amazing with him and with myself and what was more lovely for myself and blue was the fact that I could stay with him in a room on our own whilst the sedation started to work and it made blue very calm, lovely vets very accommodating and reassuring , I know my lovely blue and molly are always in safe hands when needed . Just a slight niggle was thankfully blue was still calm when home but I noticed I had to clip more of his nail as quite a long sharp bit was left that would for certain catch on carpet etc but all in all the vale vets are brilliant.
Read on Google →Our elderly Siamese Samuel (18) is very frail and I can’t say how grateful we are to Kate the vet that treated Samuel with a love and attention to detail. We have only just moved to The Vale after our previous vet retired. We were very cautious in choosing our new veterinary practice but I can’t speak highly enough of Kate and the rest of the team. We thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.
