  Cannot fault Vale Vets one bit. They are the most compassionate, caring and friendly veterinary service I’ve taken my pets too. Had to take my 17 year old cat for a surgery which I was previously told was too risky for her however they decided to take a chance as it was her last shot. They did the absolute best for her and she survived despite all odds. They took such great care of her and were so informative toward me which I am beyond grateful for ❤️ cannot thank the team who looked after Wispa enough, they gave her one last shot in her old age which I’m so thankful for

  Amazing vets, extremely caring and professional. I rang up today for an emergency appointment and they saw me straight away and were very empathetic and understanding. We have brought numerous animals here over the years and they have always been in safe hands. Everything they do is done with kindness and honesty, with you and your pet coming first always.

  On holiday and needed a vet to look at Milo’s paw. Appointment easy to make and reception staff lovely polite and friendly. Vets waiting room very clean and no wet doggy smell. Vet was very gentle and understanding, and we all left feeling well looked after. Cost was very reasonable. Really happy. Sad we don’t live nearer. Well deserving of 5 stars. Thank you very much to the staff.

  Great experience at the Vale Vets.👍 Easy to book an appointment for my kitten. Staff were helpful and supportive. First jab for little kitty was a positive experience. Jess put the kitten at ease, had a dreamie or two to keep him chilled and distracted. Deftly administered the injection. Good overall information given to help accommodate the needs of the new cat. Reasonable costs for treatments given👍
