Read on Google →I cannot fault the care and sympathy from Kathy and her colleague in the Cullompton surgery. Sadly on Wednesday my beloved Coco was put to sleep. Kathy and her colleague came for a home visit and were truly amazing throughout and the consideration they showed to my daughter saying goodbye to her childhood pet. Not only that, but the thought and care they took to provide my daughter with some keepsakes. They were both truly amazing. Thank you again Luanne
Read on Google →I have used this practice for years, recently had to take my dog for teeth cleaning and one tooth removed. Took my dog into have his dental treatment, four hours past, received a phone call to say that he should have had medication prior to appointment to reduce bleeding, lurcher are prone to this. Had to collect my nervous dog and re- book. On Tuesday the13th January 2026for his dental treatment, very pleased that it went well. Collected my dog in the afternoon, approached the reception desk and said that I have come in collect my dog, was greeted with would you like to settle your account first. I just wanted to see my dog and settled the account. She lacks people skills and empathy. I have always paid on time and spent a lot of money over the years. So disgusted that I felt I had to pay before seeing my dog. I have now registered my dog with another practise . Such a shame that a receptionists lack of empathy results in me using another practise. I understand that this a business but that doesn’t keep customers coming through your doors
Read on Google →Cannot fault vale, I've been using them for many years, they listen to me and respect my views, and always treat my animals with care and compassion. When I recently lost a pet to lepto, they did everything they could to see if they could change the outcome but also made sure to keep his welfare in mind and advised when it was time to let go. I even received a call to check how I was coping a few days after, and received a card and flowers.
Read on Google →On holiday and needed a vet to look at Milo’s paw. Appointment easy to make and reception staff lovely polite and friendly. Vets waiting room very clean and no wet doggy smell. Vet was very gentle and understanding, and we all left feeling well looked after. Cost was very reasonable. Really happy. Sad we don’t live nearer. Well deserving of 5 stars. Thank you very much to the staff.
