  I honestly can’t thank the team enough for everything they’ve done for my mare. She’s always been quite wary of people, so vet visits used to be a stressful experience for her. From the very beginning, though, they’ve taken the time to let her get to know them, speaking to her calmly before doing anything and never rushing the process. That patience has made such a huge difference. The change in her has been incredible. she’s now so relaxed and confident and that is something I never thought I’d experience, and it’s all down to the compassion, empathy, and understanding they’ve shown her as an individual. It’s so refreshing to see a vet team that doesn’t just come in and poke and prod, but actually takes the time to build trust with the horse first. They genuinely care about the animals they treat, and it shows in everything they do. Thank you for making what used to be a frightening experience into a calm and positive one. It means more than you’ll ever know.

  I can't recommend this veterinary practice highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Alisdair was fantastic—he took the time to explain everything clearly, treated my wee cat with genuine care and compassion, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel so much easier. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent standard of care and service. It's fantastic to have such a brilliant veterinary practice in the area. Highly recommended!
