I recently switched vets, having an elderly, blind pony , and being deaf myself I have been treated indifferently and my concerns dismissed in the past, a bigger veterinary group with head offices here, and account offices there tend not to know what the right hand or the left-hand is doing. Not so here at Freetown, Rupert has a lovely 'stable' side manner and is clear and precise with his explanations...

We were on holiday and our dog was terribly stressed out. We called into Creebridge Vets to pick up some capsules we've used in the past. The staff are lovely! Very friendly and helpful. The capsules were cheaper than buying directly from the manufacturers...Creebridge is an independent veterinary practice....if you know, you know 👏👏👏👏

Had to get my dog seen for an eye infection whilst in the area on holiday and Rupert & the Creebridge team couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. What a gem to have in the community.

Not only are they a great vet practice, but every member of staff I've met has been beyond kind and personable. Cannot recommend them enough.

Don't ever take parrots to them they haven't a clue what they are doing . They hacked off my parrots primary and secondary feathers extremely short where he can't even balance and falls to the ground as can't even glide never mind fly. I've never seen a worse job done on a parrot in my life this is not what I expect especially from a vet doing this.Which makes me very worried about taking a parrot to them for any treatment etc.
