The premises are easy to access and everyone from the receptionist to the vet made is and Luna feel relaxed and taken good care of.   The Hadleigh Vets have been absolutely fantastic in caring for my dog Peggy after she broke her leg. From the very beginning, Jess and the team were caring, kind, informative and incredibly knowledgeable, which gave us so much confidence during a very worrying time. The whole team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Peggy received the very best care throughout her recovery. Their professionalism, compassion and attention to detail really stood out, and it felt like Peggy was in trusted hands every step of the way. The service was welcoming, personal and genuinely supportive, which makes such a difference when you are dealing with unfortunate circumstances. I can’t recommend Hadleigh Vets highly enough.   I contacted the Hadleigh vets on Tuesday morning. The receptionist was very kind and reassuring and I had an appointment for later that day. The vet was absolutely amazing and even examined my dog on the floor, rather than having to lift her. Her love and compassion for animals was very clear to see and whilst I didnt hear what I wanted to hear, it was explained to me in a professional and compassionate manner. I would highly recommend the Hadleigh vets to anyone.

  My 8 year old Border Collie Sasha, suffered a Cruciate Ligament injury, the staff, as always, were pleasant, efficient and caring and looked after her fantastically. Lovely premises, light and airy. Would recommend anytime.
