Wow, we were well impressed with this practice this morning. Our first visit with one of our dogs. So pleasant from the minute we walked in. The vet was so informative on what was the best for our old boy. Not pushy, and explained in a way we could understand. Happy days. Thank you so much.

PRICE TOLD WAS NOT THE FINAL PRICE! I attended CMW vets for the very first time under recommendation and good reviews. My dog was assessed and they said he needed to be sedated to receive his treatment. I asked how much is would all cost and was told a figure and I agreed and the procedure was done that day. When picking him up, I went to pay the bill and it was a lot higher, I was told they added a consultation fee. I was not advised this fee would be added previously, had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere as I know other vets who are more cost effective. They did treat my dog well hence 2 stars not 1, but I won't be going back as I'd be too worried the price quoted would not be the final price.

A great service from this independent vet. We thoroughly trust CMW with our spaniel's health, they do not overcharge, and give a full explanations of any health issues.

The vets here are superb!! The practice is welcoming, friendly, caring and they listen to you!! This is hands down, the best practice I have ever been to (IN 40 YEARS!!) and the most recent visit was extremely worrying…… but Paul did a thorough check and Hugo is almost back to normal after 24hrs!!!! The charges are far more acceptable and they don’t bump up the prices of medication!! So blessed to be a customer of this 5 star veterinary practice which is on my doorstep! ❤️🙏
