  I’ve had a very disappointing experience at Orwell Veterinary Group. After a recent visit with my cat, I was shocked to receive an unexpected £93 bill for a consultation that should have been covered under my subscription. When I questioned this, I received no clear explanation, and the staff was unhelpful. The most frustrating part of this experience was dealing with the receptionist, Mitzi Staddon. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even threatening to put a note on my file for being "difficult" when I politely challenged the charges. Her attitude was completely uncalled for, and it left a bad taste regarding the entire practice. I had trusted this clinic for years, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I would not recommend Orwell Veterinary Group, as it seems they care more about money than providing proper care and transparent service to their clients.

  Been using Orwell vets since moving to Ipswich 8 years ago. Very warming, friendly staff and the vets themselves very understanding, thorough and kind. Can't fault it.

  I highly recommend the Orwell Veterinary Group. They have cared my dog for 14 years. Their premises are so clean and the staff are friendly and the vets so knowledgeable and always happy to answer my questions and offer advice with my senior dog.

  Dan has been with Orwell vets since he was a puppy. The care he has received throughout his life has been excellent. We are so grateful to the vets, particularly vet Lydia, the veterinary nurses and receptionists at Grange Farm for caring and supporting us, so that he had a dignified few months before he was put to sleep. Thank you all.

  I have been with Orwell Vets for 23 years, with various beloved cats. I have always found their expertise, love, warmth and support, from the receptionists to the partners to be first class. I have been supported every step of the way right up to the end and beyond. I am so very glad I found them when I first moved to Ipswich. Their reassuring presence has been much appreciated in the past and will, I know, continue in the future.
