  I have recently moved to Derbyshire and was recommended this vets from dog walkers, I needed a vet ASAP and the level of care and service is absolutely faultless. The receptionist I spoke with was lovely, helpful and very reassuring. I saw Charlotte for our consultation and she was absolutely fantastic, faultless! She was kind, exceptionally caring and compassionate and couldn’t do enough. She made a very stressful time a lot easier. Thank you so much. I can see why this vets is so recommended. 5* service and a brilliant vets!

  We have been with Staveley Vets since they opened and we wouldn't go anywhere else even if we moved! They have been there for us when our cat Lemmy was very ill and had to have a life changing operation. Recently our dog Little George has had cancer and had 2 lots of surgery. All the vets,nurses,reception staff are so kind and are animal lovers and it portrays that it is not just a business but care centred around our beloved pets.

  We recently took our bulldog Dolly to Staveley Vets for a second opinion after months of ongoing issues elsewhere, and the difference in care was incredible. From the first appointment they were thorough, listened carefully to the history, and took the problem seriously. Sean in particular was brilliant — so honest and straightforward, which we really appreciated. Within minutes of examining Dolly he had already identified a mass that had been missed previously, and he explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on. It immediately made us feel confident we were finally getting to the bottom of the problem. Within a very short time they arranged surgery and Dolly was treated within about 24 hours. The improvement afterwards was immediate. After such a long and stressful time trying to find answers, the speed and clarity of the diagnosis was such a relief. They also recently spayed our other bulldog and the care she received was excellent. The difference in approach, attention to detail and communication compared to what we had experienced previously was night and day. The care, communication and follow-up from the whole team have been fantastic and it’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat. We’re so grateful to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Staveley Vets

  We had to take our beautiful kitty Twinkle, who was poorly, and sadly we had to let her go to sleep. The young lady vet was so beautiful and caring, gentle and compassionate. We have since received a beautiful condolences card, containing a packet of 'memorial' wild flowers. Thank you all. God bless you x

  It’s really hard to find people and places within the pet industry that genuinely care. Stavley vets are one of these places, my dog Mabel absolutely loves it here and everyone there seems to absolutely love her. Shes been in a lot recently for her Spey and some other issues following but she still loves going and still leaves happy! Before her surgery I was terrified of the worst happening but when I went in for her preop checks I actually came out excited for her? I don’t know how they did it! I think it was simply the joy of seeing her around people who were excited to be around her, I knew she’d be looked after! My cats have also been with Stavley vets and they’ve always been honest and realistic with expectations instead of just doing things for the sake of it. It’s a really lovely place!
