Was concerned about our cat, and appointment was given, same day . Lovely staff, clean, and airy. Thankyou. Had another experience with same cat! MINNIE!! Same day appointment! Very caring and efficient!. Minnie isn't good in the car, she gets very stressed! Charlotte the vet kept Minnie to give her sedation , xrays and meds. One very happy cat today, after her traumatic day. Minnie just slept on my knee all evening. But she is back out there today pottering around. 10/10 to Totley branch.

When you arrive, there's great parking. The reception area has lots of space and bright and airy. Meg's vet is Cat, and she is very sensitive to how she's feeling..as she is with owners. That 3 way relationship is important. She's friendly, professional, and up to date with any new research relevant to Meg's condition. What I really like is that she's down to earth, so very approachable. And..crucially, a good listener. So, the whole experience from meeting the reception staff to the consultation is a good one. An excellent practice. Keep doing what you're doing well. Alys and Meg the collie.
