We cannot thank the whole team enough for the wonderful care they gave to our poorly cat, Nugget. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so accommodating, kind, and reassuring. The vets and nurses looked after him so incredibly well that he didn’t even want to get back into his carrier to come home — which says everything about how safe and comfortable they made him feel! It’s such a relief as a pet owner to know your much-loved pet is in such caring and capable hands. A special thank you as well to the receptionists, who were absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout. Their warmth and support really made a difference. We’re so grateful to the entire team for taking such great care of Nugget. 💛

When our beloved kitten Luna presented with some rather unusual internal difficulties, your team were recommended as a referral practice. At Stansted Specialist vets you took wonderful care of Luna for 3 days and most importantly, diagnosed and (fingers crossed🤞) resolved her stricture. You were open and transparent about costs every step of the way. We were blown away with the consultation experience and incredibly personalised care. Your administrative and reception staff were just as caring and helpful, explaining all the small details regarding insurance claims and resting our minds at an already troubling time. The discharge report was free of medical jargon, making it so much easier to understand and be involved. A special thank you to Rachel and Mayank who kept us informed every step of the way. Luna came home clean and relaxed, despite all of the procedures! We honestly cannot thank you all enough for your care and obvious love for animals and the profession. 🐾

Was nervous arriving here due to our dog having ‘episodes’. We saw the specialist Ines de Freitas, what an amazing and knowledgeable woman. She put our minds to rest with Sid’s issues and was incredibly thorough explaining what to do moving forward. Refreshingly we didn’t feel like we was being sold to for MRI, drugs etc. in fact it was the total opposite. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

My boy was having cluster seizures and our local vet had recommended stansted vet specialists. I was skeptical at first because champ is our very very much loved pet and going somewhere you have never been before causes worries. The moment that we walked in the ladies on reception where very polite and offered tea and coffee or water for us. Then when rachel called us in, and as soon as she started speaking me and my mrs knew straight away champ is in the right place. She has so much knowledge about dogs its incredible. And also care. We had to leave champ there over night and i am so sure that stansted vet specialists looked after champ as if he were one of their own pets. Champs blood test and mri scan results where very good, unfortunately he does have epilepsy but no tumour or inflammation, thank god. When we went to pick him up rachel was so informative and such a smiley person. She explained everything to us really well. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please guys. Honestly, if you ever need the best of the best do not hesitate to take your loved pets here. And i know its not always about money, i will give the world for my boy but the prices and the care you get is unbelievable. Well done guys. Champ is now sleeping in my arms like a little baby ❤️❤️😄😄😄 Just a quick edit. Because of stansted veterinary specialist quick diagnosis and care my boy is so much better now. He is adapting to the meds and its only been a week. Thank you so much guys for giving us the best care.

When Hattie needed a knee operation our vet recommended the specialist Darren Barnes. From the moment we walked in we found everyone so friendly and helpful and Darren was patient and clear in explaining exactly what was needed. We were regularly updated during Hattie's short stay and we felt fully confident she was being cared for by people with amazing skills and kindness. After surgery her recovery was so swift it seemed miraculous and she is now running and playing just as before. SVS is truly impressive in every way. Thank you all so much for everything.
