We have tried a number of local vets, all of whom have been wonderful. However, when we needed an operation for our dog, we sought a number of opinions and prices. We hadn't used Vets4Pets before, and their quotation was the lowest. They carried out the surgery and came in cheaper than their quote! But not only this, they were incredibly kind and helpful for us. Two years later, when the time came for the end of life care for our dog, their help, kindness and care was another level. We had a glorious old labrador, who was sadly in a lot of pain, but still lived for any food! She was put down with grace and kindness, but also with her nose in a bag of highly calorific treats, so she was as happy as she could have been. ALL the staff were kind, caring and patient with us. I genuinely feel like they all enjoy their jobs, love our pets (we now have cats) and want to care for the animals we entrust to them. I couldn't be happier with our choice of vet and am grateful to them for the love they have shown to our myriad of pets over the years.

I am honestly touched how wonderful this practice is. We felt so welcome since the moment we walked in. Complete oppossite to our previous vet. The surgeon Susanne was so lovely and caring. We couldn't be more grateful. You can tell people working here really love animals. Our Otis was leaving with a big smile.

Received a lovely welcome on arrival from Jo at reception. Most recent visit for routine vaccinations with vet Gemma was so easy. She has built up an amazing rapport with Coco. Gemma absolutely cares - great advice and support. Have also visited for emergency assistance and can't recommend highly enough.

I came with my dog Sally this Saturday, because she was poorly. The customer service at reception was amazing. The vet explained me what she was doing and gave recommendations about my dog. Now Sally feels so much better, so as our family. As she is a family member

I took in my 12 week old puppy for her 2nd lot of inoculations. The vet also gave my puppy a complete health check and explained any concerns I had. What was nice is that the vet just took her time, no hurrying.
