      I want to make it clear that this review is not aimed at the staff, who were kind and professional during an incredibly upsetting time. My concern is with the company itself. I brought my dog in when he was extremely unwell. He had gone off his back legs, had lost a significant amount of weight and was clearly suffering. Sadly, he had to be put to sleep, which was absolutely heartbreaking for us. What made the situation even harder was being charged £188.10 (for a dog that weighed next to nothing). My partner took his bulldog (Weighing 30kg) to another veterinary practice and the cost was just over £100 + VAT. The difference in price is quite shocking. When people come to a vet, it’s because they’re worried about an animal they love. At times like that, compassion should come first. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like animals are becoming more of a number than anything else, which is incredibly sad.

      Will not be taking my dog to this vets again absolute extortionate prices and very rude staff. How people can afford to send there animals to them i dont know. I ordered 2 tablets for my dog which cost £22 but can get the same tablets at £1.09 through viovet. I would think twice about sending your animals here. Awful service they should get ashamed of themselves. Absolute rip off.
