Receptionist was super helpful and friendly, the vet and vetinary nurse were so patient and thorough. Genuinely could not believe how reasonable the cost was, it was a fraction of what I expected. Thank you for taking such good care of Willow. Could not reccomend highly enough.

My first visit here and it didn't disappoint. Reception staff were kind, informative, welcoming and knowledgeable. The vet who examined/ treated my girl was the best vet I've dealt with in a long time. Highly recommend Bay Tree Veterinary Centre.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the folks at Bay Tree in Stourport! Super flexible and friendly bunch. We registered this week and Prince seen really quickly, lots of empathy from those I’ve contacted with. Pricing the same as the one we were taking him to previously, service much much better. Big thanks again!

Just lost our beloved old boy and cannot thank these vets enough. When our usual vets let us down so badly and wouldn't help us these guys stepped in and came out to us within an hour of making the call, and were the kindest most considerate people. Will 100% be transferring our other pets over to them. Extremely professional and lovely people to deal with. Fraction of the price we have paid previously for better service. Thank you all so much for stepping up for us when we needed you.

We moved our dog over to Bay Tree having been at a different practice for 8 years. I wish we had done it years ago. From the moment we walk through the door our dog is given great care from very knowledgeable staff and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Their prices are all honest and a quote is always given first so there are never any hidden surprises. It’s welcoming, comfortable, clean and very friendly. Our dog loves visiting and always walks through the door excited to get in there and see everyone.
