  I have a reactive Cane Corso in need of a nail trim. The staff from reception to Veterinary team have been amazing and accommodating. I saw Gemma today and she was so patient and understanding. Thank you, as now I have found a vets that I feel comfortable with attending with Luna. This has took a huge weight off my shoulders.

  It is now approaching six months since I arrived in Stourport on my boat with an obviously sick elderly Labrador. I took her to Bay Tree as the nearest vets, but what a choice. Over the next week she received the best care imaginable until it was obvious that she had run her final run. The attention we both received was remarkable, being telephoned daily to ask how she was if I hadn't phoned them. The girls at Bay Tree were so thorough and caring and never once did they ask if she was insured. At every stage they discuss fees and costs and we talked it through together. I am now back home in Staffordshire with a new Border Terrier pup and I so wish I could find a similar independent practice near here. Bay Tree Vets are stunning. Thank you so very much Amy, you made losing my best and closest friend, my family, all that bit easter.

  An amazing veterinary practice that have always shown compassion & professionalism. Laura has always gone above & beyond for us, the same as Tracy & Karen, they've always been supportive making you feel like nothing is too much trouble. I have only ever been made to feel uncomfortable by Sarah, she seems to come across quite cold offering only curt & abrupt responses which has made difficult situations worse. However the rest of the team are truly outstanding & that is the reason why I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

  Immaculate service for my Animal Health Certificate. Thank you very much for and amazing job and very prompt service. You managed in a short notice to prepare AHS for my cat, translated to German and Greek. We have now relocated to Europe and all went well with the paperwork. Couldn't thank you enough 🙏♥️
