Great experience here when we needed an emergency vet at the end of a week day, when our dog ate an air pod. Our call was answered quickly and we were asked to attend straight away. We were informed openly about potential costs throughout the process. The team were friendly and welcoming and Helen the vet was calm and knowledgeable. She knew what to do and was caring and compassionate. Very impressed, thank you for your help. We'll be back but hopefully not in an emergency!

I have recently swapped my veterinary practice to Pawsitive Care in Hartlebury. I'm so glad I did, apart from the excellent vet care and treatment my dogs have received there, the whole atmosphere is entirely different to that of my previous veterinary practice. At Pawsitive, the practice give a welcoming ambiance, in calm and pleasant surroundings, which is so lovely at a time when obviously if one of my dogs has to have an operation, Helen the vet does explain thoroughly what the problem is and what is needed to be done, this helps put ones mind at rest, and I really recommend this practice for your animals.

There is absolutely nowhere else I’d rather take Gatsby. From being neutered to having staples following a dog bite, Gatsby has always been well looked after here. After he was neutered he was resting whilst watching football and Bluey on his own personal tablet. And when Gatsby was bitten he was seen to straight away. This practice goes above and beyond in treating your pets like their own, and I know that Gatsby is always left in safe, caring hands. I’ve never known a dog enjoy the vets so much in all my life! Thank you Helen and team! ❤️🐾

We first came to Pawsitive when we got our new kitten Ron, and we can’t speak highly enough of them and cannot recommend them more 🧡 Helen and the team are so thoughtful, caring and kind, and treat your pet as if it were their own. They are unlike any vet we have experienced before! Thank you 🥰

I would really recommend Pawsitive Vet Care. Having taken both my dog and rabbit to see Helen and the team they were extremely kind and patient, especially when having to make some challenging decisions around our pets and their care. I have been to three other vets for both my pets care during their lives. Pawsitive offer something that none of them have done - a personal and compassionate approach to animal welfare which I am so grateful for. A truly exceptional service.
